Weltel promotes mHealth as a simple, flexible, yet powerful tool in health care provision. Our services can be customised to your needs and scaled to communicate with 1 to 100,000 (or more!) individuals.

Current Weltel solutions include:
- RapidSMS system with the help of Dimagi
- An open-source smartphone system to track patient communication
- A new home-grown SMS-reminder and patient communication system that connects to existing HMIS (health management information system) databases (In development)
- A custom-built solution to assist John Hopkins University with their work in Ethiopia (In discussion)
